Los nodos de HAARP: Ya es Oficial. Nuevas instalaciones y nuevas conexiones Europeas. Estudio en profundidad de la cuestión.
Ambas instalaciones fueron construidas con la instrumentación de radio necesaria, tanto activa como pasiva similares a las de las anteriores instalaciones de HAARP. El interés en la ionosfera no se limita a los EE.UU.:
Un consorcio de cinco países europeos opera el sitio de (EISCAT), una instalación para la observación de la ionosfera cuya sede principal está ubicada en el norte de Noruega cerca de Tromso. Las otras instalaciones también se encuentran en Jicamarca, Perú, cerca de Moscú, Nizhny Novgorod (“Sura”) y Apatity, Rusia, cerca de Kharkov, Ucrania y en Dushanbe, Tayikistán.
Según los responsables del proyecto “Todas estas instalaciones tienen como objetivo principal el estudio de la ionosfera, y la mayoría utilizan la capacidad de estimular a un mayor o menor grado las regiones pequeñas y localizadas de la ionosfera con el fin de estudiar con método, y de manera detallada lo que la naturaleza produce al azar y con regularidad en una escala mucho mayor.”

La existencia del proyecto está fuera de toda duda, tal y como pueden comprobar en la web oficial de HAARP.
Respecto a los nuevos nodos Europeos, integramos aquí la web de EISCAT
Tal y como puede leerse en la web Oficial de EISCAT,
España, no forma parte de la Red EISCAT.
Sin embargo, resulta paradójico comprobar cómo estos proyectos apenas tienen difusión pública, y cómo se está ridiculizando sistemáticamente a los expertos que hablan de ellos, toda vez que son proyectos Públicos y por tanto, pagados con los impuestos de todos.
La gestión de estos proyectos debería tener una mayor transparencia, dado que están interactuando con el Clima, la Ionosfera y la Magnetosfera.
Para los que no estén al corriente EISCAT, funciona con iniciativas de la UE, y con financiación comunitaria.
